Succinctly Yours - December 9 (Welcome Home)

Word of the Week – jubilant
How low can you go, says Grandma of Grandma's Goulash?
Using the photo as inspiration, write a story of 140 characters OR 140 words. Incorporate the word of the week if you can.
****************
It may be the season of joy, but there is nothing so jubilant as a dog greeting his beloved owner after a lengthy absence.

But, Dad!! I'm only going one way!!!

Nice microFiction, SJG. I agree with the first, we just returned and got the royal treatment from our Adi and Katrin.

Our dog is jubilant, if we return after five minutes. He really hates to be alone.

I've now got a whole new perspective on one-way. Perfect!

Love this. I hadn't thought of that, but the face of furry kid in the photo does resemble the happiness my two Labs (mixes) show whenever we arrive home. :)
